Any paid work is governed by a separate written proposal or agreement that sets out scope, timelines, fees and payment terms. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement applies.
3. The free growth audit
The audit is a free, no-obligation 30-minute call. We review publicly available information about your firm and share our view on where growth may be leaking and what to fix first.
- We take on a limited number of audits and may decline or reschedule a request.
- The audit is general business guidance, not legal, financial or tax advice.
- You are under no obligation to buy anything after the audit.
4. Pricing
Prices shown on the site are starting prices in US dollars and exclude taxes. Ad spend and third-party tool subscriptions are paid directly to those platforms and are not included in our fees. Final pricing is confirmed in your proposal.
5. No guaranteed results
We work hard to improve your visibility, pipeline and revenue, but results depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, offer, budget and how search engines and AI tools behave. Results described on the site, including client examples, are not a promise of future results.
6. Using this website
- Use the site only for lawful purposes.
- Do not try to disrupt the site, access it without permission, or copy it in bulk with automated tools.
- Give accurate information when you request an audit.
7. Intellectual property
The website, including its text, design, the RightBefore name, logo and illustrations, belongs to us or our licensors. You may view and share pages for personal or internal business use, but you may not reuse our content or branding without written permission.
Client names and logos shown on the site belong to their owners and are used with permission.
